Can you help us with the design?

Absolutely! We have designed many promotional items and gladly compile your business, team, or sponsor graphics to your specification. All designs are approved by the customer prior to production. Please see our Artwork Guidelines for specific details

Can you tell me about your pricing?

Items available in our online store reflect current pricing. However, we have many products available beyond those in the store, including custom imported items. Prices for custom products are determined on a client-by-client basis so we can taylor the price based upon your specific needs.

Change-order / Cancellation Policy

What file formats are acceptable for artwork?
NTS Promotions accepts artwork in .eps, .ai & .cdr file formats for Vector Art and jpg & .tiff for Non-Vector Art, but please review our artwork guidelines for more specific details.

How can I get my art files to you?
You may use our online form to upload ZIP (compressed) files. If you have extremely large files, we can accept artwork on CD-ROM or DVD-ROM too.

Do you prep & scale artwork after it is received?

Yes. We will provide normal preparation and scaling of artwork provided by the customer for no additional fees. If revisions to the original design are required, an additional fee may be charged pending customer approval.

Are your graphics and custom artwork done in-house?

Yes. In-house graphics and custom graphics are available for those customers who prefer to hire us to do the artwork. However, we will also work with your artwork or an outside design firm of your choice. All in-house designs are approved by the customer prior to production.

What do you charge for custom artwork?
Artwork is charged at the rate of $60 per hour. There are no additional fees for normal preparation and scaling of artwork provided by the customer.
