Quality product starts with quality artwork. If you are providing your own artwork, please observe the following guidelines to ensure the best results. If you prefer, we are happy to create the necessary artwork for you.

Computer Generated Artwork:

NTS Promotions is PC based.  When sending your computer created artwork, please observe these guidelines:

For Vector Art:

Unless otherwise noted, assume that vector art is required. 

Accepted files: .eps, .ai & .cdr
1. Fonts must be converted to curves
2. It is possible for files to contain both vectored and non-vectored images. Note that only the vectored images are usable. If you are uncertain about your files send them to us for evaluation.
3. Any artwork that is not vectored that needs to be vectored is subject to a minimum $60 vector conversion fee based on complexity of the artwork, pending customer approval.
4. Pantone colors (PMS colors) must have the appropriate color system number embedded in the art or specified.

For Non-Vectored Art (raster images)

Items that are embroidered or use four color process printing do not require vector images.

• Accepted Files Types: .jpg & .tiff (Other file types may be accepted. Please contact us if you have questions about files not mentioned above.)
• Resolution: 300 dpi or higher - Provide artwork at THE SIZE TO BE PRINTED!
• Other Files Types: Other file types MAY be accepted. Please contact Mike if you have questions about files not mentioned above.)

Providing Artwork

You may use our online form to upload ZIP (compressed) files.  If you have extremely large files, we can accept artwork on CD-ROM or DVD-ROM too.

In House Graphic & Custom Artwork

Custom Artwork: In-house graphics are available for those customers who prefer to hire us to do the artwork. All designs are approved by the customer prior to production. Artwork is charged at the rate of $60 per hour.

Prep & Scaling: There are no additional fees for normal preparation and scaling of artwork provided by the customer.

Revisions: If revisions to the original design are required, an additional fee may be charged pending customer approval.

Copy Changes: Please contact Mike for a quote.

Changes or Cancellations

Any changes to an order in production may affect the price per piece therefore potentially incurring additional charges.  Orders in production may not be canceled without incurring significant cost!
