What is the minimum order size?

One. Really! If you want one item, you can have one item
- Of course that's not the most economical way to purchase custom imprinted items.....

But seriously, our online store has minimum quantities stated for each item, but we have many sources for our products. So if you don't see the quantity availability that you desire - call us. We'll call our suppliers and find the best pricing for your required needs.

What is the maximum order size?

Can you tell me about your pricing?

Items available in our online store reflect current pricing. However, we have many products available beyond those in the store, including custom imported items. Prices for custom products are determined on a client-by-client basis so we can taylor the price based upon your specific needs.

Do you give free estimates?

Can you help us with the design?

Absolutely! We have designed many promotional items and gladly compile your business, team, or sponsor graphics to your specification. All designs are approved by the customer prior to production. Please see our Artwork Guidelines for specific details

What are your Payment Terms?

NTS Promotions accepts accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Company checks. Net 15 terms are offered to customers with established credit.

NOTE: a 2% service fee will be assesed for all credit card transactions.
PRE-PAYMENT DISCOUNT: A 2% discount is offered on all order pre-payment (yes, this negates the 2% credit card fee)!

All overseas orders require a 50% deposit. Please call for details.

What are your Change-order and Cancellation Policies?

Any changes to an order in production may affect the price per piece therefore potentially incurring additional charges. Orders in production may not be canceled without incurring significant cost!

What are your Privacy Policies?

General Privacy Policy

First and foremost, NTS Promotions respects the privacy of its clients and we gather information for the express purpose of providing our services. We NEVER gather personal client information for the purpose of passing it on to another party, except for the sole purpose of providing or troubleshooting a new or existing product or service.

Design Privacy Policy

All layouts, logos, and items produced by NTS Promotions are considered proprietary and will not be given to anyone else. However, NTS Promotions reserves the right to use samples with client's logos for advertising purposes.

What are your Hours of Operation?

NTS Promotions is open Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. We are closed on the following holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, the day after Christmas and New Year's Day.

Copy Changes: Please contact Mike for a quote.

Custom Art Charges: In the ordinary course of preparing and scaling artwork there are no additional fees. Extensive artwork and/or revisions to the original design may have an additional $60 per hour charge pending customer approval.

Breakage

When determining the quantity you wish to purchase, please account for a 1% breakage that could occur during shipping. NTS Promotions will accept responsibility for product breakage if it exceeds 1%.

Changes / Cancellations

Over / Under Runs

Items that exceed or fail to reach the quantity ordered, based upon the complexity of manufacturing, are over/under runs. The industry standard is 5%; we will notify you if our vendor has a higher/lower percentage.
