FIRST:
Fullfillment of your tee shirt order begins when you submit artwork (Contact Us if you have questions about Artwork Requirements). If you need artwork designed, Mike our experienced graphic artist can design your shirt for you.

Specify the detail for your sportswear found in the Artwork Requirements (below).

THEN:
Your artwork is color separated either into PMS colors (spot color printing) or into cyan, magenta, yellow and black ( 4 color processing printing). Screens are then made from these color separations.

FINALLY:
The printing job runs on large scale printing machines using the screens made from your art. From your good artwork we make outstanding tee shirts for you!

Minimum Order

Minimum orders vary by item. Call Mike at NTS Promotions for details.

Over / Under Runs

Items that exceed or fail to reach the quantity ordered, based upon the complexity of manufacturing, are over/under runs. The industry standard is 5% +/- ; we will notify you if our vendor has a higher/lower percentage.

Breakage

When determining the quantity you wish to purchase, please account for a 1% breakage that could occur during shipping. NTS Promotions will accept responsibility for product breakage if it exceeds 1%.

Change-orders / Cancellations

Any changes to an order in production may affect the price per piece therefore potentially incurring additional charges.  Orders in production may not be canceled without incurring significant cost!

Payment Terms

NTS Promotions accepts accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Company checks.  Net 15 terms are offered to customers with established credit.

• NOTE: a 2% service fee will be assesed for all credit card transactions.
• PRE-PAYMENT DISCOUNT: A 2% discount is offered on all order pre-payment (yes, this negates the 2% credit card fee)!

All overseas orders require a 50% deposit. Please call for details.

Random samples are available upon request free of charge.

Copy Changes: Please contact Mike for a quote.

Custom Art Charges: In the ordinary course of preparing and scaling artwork there are no additional fees. Extensive artwork and/or revisions to the original design may have an additional $60 per hour charge pending customer approval.
