First and foremost, NTS Promotions respects the privacy of its clients and we gather information for the express purpose of providing our services. We NEVER gather personal client information for the purpose of passing it on to another party, except for the sole purpose of providing or troubleshooting a new or existing product or service.

Design Privacy Policy

All layouts, logos, and items produced by NTS Promotions are considered proprietary and will not be given to anyone else. However, NTS Promotions reserves the right to use samples with client's logos for advertising purposes.

Personal Information Privacy Policy

Our services require the collection and possible storage of the information, including general contact and billing information. We also keep internal records and statistical information regarding products purchased, as well as purchase and delivery patterns. However, the information gathered is not linked to any personally identifiable information. We use client recommendations and statistical information gathered to improve upon our existing services and for the purpose of identifying and developing ways to provide new products and services we believe you will find valuable.

Protecting Your Personal Information

The information you provide to us may be reviewed and discarded or it may be retained.  Any information that is retained is stored on a private, secured server. Security measures are in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control.  

Additional Contact

NTS Promotions may very occasionally contact you regarding new services or products we believe you will find valuable. However, you will NEVER be bombarded with SPAM from NTS Promotions. If we present a co-branded offer with a partner or affiliate, the presentation will come directly from NTS Promotions. We do not pass your contact information onto 3rd parties for these purposes. We respect your privacy and information is only shared with trusted third parties for the express purpose of providing requested services to you and we NEVER give your private information to advertisers or 3rd parties for marketing purposes.

NTS Promotions, reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as it deems necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary in order to conform to the edicts of the law, or we must comply with a legal process.

Changes To Our Policies

If we make material changes to our information handling practices or other privacy aspects, we will post those changes on this Privacy Statement, at least 30 days prior to their implementation or notify you directly via email. Minor changes will be immediately effective upon re-posting to this Privacy Policy on our www.NTSpromos.com website.

Change-order / Cancellation Policy

Any changes to an order in production may affect the price per piece therefore potentially incurring additional charges.  Orders in production may not be canceled without incurring significant cost!

Payment Terms & Policies

NTS Promotions accepts accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Company checks.  Net 15 terms are offered to customers with established credit.

• NOTE: a 2% service fee will be assesed for all credit card transactions.
• PRE-PAYMENT DISCOUNT: A 2% discount is offered on all order pre-payment (yes, this negates the 2% credit card fee)!

All overseas orders require a 50% deposit. Please call for details.
